無料トライアルはありません。お申込み時に初回のお支払いが発生します。 以降はご契約いただいたプラン（月次または年次）に従って自動的に更新・請求されます。 お申込みには、お支払い方法（クレジットカード等）のご登録が必要です。

There is no free trial. You are charged when you subscribe, and the subscription then renews and is billed monthly or yearly per the selected plan.

返品・キャンセルについて

Cancellation / Refunds

お支払いいただいた料金は、原則として返金いたしません。 ただし、次のいずれかに該当する場合は、個別に返金対応をいたします。

1. 法令上、返金が必要と認められる場合
2. 二重に請求が行われた場合
3. Snivex側の重大な不具合により、Premium の機能が実質的にご利用いただけなかった場合
4. その他、明らかに返金が妥当と運営者が判断した場合

上記に該当しない場合の無条件の返金制度は設けておりません。なお、日本国外の お客様のご購入は Link（Stripe）が販売者となるため、返金についても上記より Link の方針（購入から60日以内であれば Link が返金する場合がある）が 優先されうる点にご留意ください。
ご契約の解約は、Stripe カスタマーポータルからいつでも行えます。解約後は、 次回以降の請求が停止します。詳細は利用規約をご覧ください。

Fees you have paid are, in principle, non-refundable. However, we will consider a refund on an individual basis in any of the following cases:

1. Where a refund is required by law
2. Where you were charged more than once for the same period (duplicate charge)
3. Where a serious defect on Snivex's side meant Premium features were effectively unusable
4. Any other case we determine a refund is clearly warranted

We do not offer unconditional refunds outside the cases above. Purchases made outside Japan are sold by Link (operated by Stripe); in that case, refunds may instead follow Link's own policy (Link may refund within 60 days of purchase), which can take precedence over the policy above. See /legal/terms. Manage or cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future billing.

About Support (Tip)

対価性

Nature of the payment

開発支援（Tip）は、Snivex の開発を応援するための任意の1回払いです。 商品・サービス・機能・特典の提供を対価とするものではありません。 Premium のお申し込みとは別のもので、 支援によって Premium の利用権や追加機能が付与されることはありません。 支援の有無によって、Snivex の使い方や使える機能が変わることもありません。

Support (Tip) is an optional one-time payment that helps fund Snivex's development. It is not consideration for any product, service, feature or benefit. It is separate from Snivex Premium, and it grants no Premium rights and unlocks no features. Nothing about how you use Snivex changes whether or not you support.
