この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ブラウザ拡張機能「Snivex」の有料プラン 「Snivex Premium」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスは Chrome ウェブストア（Google）ではなく、本規約に定める運営者（以下「運営者」）が 提供・販売します。運営者の氏名（名称）・住所・電話番号は、 特定商取引法に基づく表記に記載の方法により、 ご請求があれば遅滞なく開示いたします。本サービスに お申込みいただいた時点で、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the paid subscription plan "Snivex Premium" for the "Snivex" browser extension. The service is provided and sold by the operator described in these Terms — not by the Chrome Web Store (Google). The operator's name, address and phone number are disclosed promptly on request, as described in the Legal Notice (Japan). By subscribing to Snivex Premium, you agree to these Terms.

第1条（本サービスの内容）

1. What Snivex Premium Includes

本サービスは、Snivex の無料版（以下「Free」）に加えて、次の機能を追加で 利用できるようにする有料サブスクリプションです。

Free で利用できる機能（範囲選択・表示画面・ページ全体の撮影、3分のタブ録画、 Gallery、バックアップ・復元、基本注釈9ツール、範囲OCR、JPEG/PNG保存、基本PDF）は、 本サービスに加入していなくても、引き続き無料でご利用いただけます。

Snivex Premium adds the following features on top of the free version ("Free"):

All Free features (area / visible-area / full-page screenshots, 3-minute tab recording, Gallery with folders/tags/search/pin/sort, backup & restore, 9 basic annotation tools, area OCR, JPEG/PNG export, basic PDF) remain free whether or not you subscribe.

第2条（料金・お支払い）

2. Pricing & Billing

  1. 本サービスの料金は、月額プラン ¥490（税込）または年額プラン ¥4,900（税込）です。
  2. 決済は Stripe, Inc. が提供する決済サービス（Stripe Checkout）を通じて行われます。運営者は、利用者のクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を自社のサーバーに保存しません。
  3. 本サービスに無料トライアル期間はありません。お申込み時に初回のお支払いが発生します。
  4. 以降は、選択されたプラン（月次または年次）に従って自動的に更新され、そのつど請求されます。
  5. 利用者は、次回更新の請求が発生する前に、いつでも自動更新を停止（解約）できます。
  1. Snivex Premium costs ¥490/month (tax included) or ¥4,900/year (tax included).
  2. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. via Stripe Checkout. We do not store your card details on our own servers.
  3. There is no free trial. You are charged when you subscribe.
  4. Your subscription then renews automatically and is billed each period (monthly or yearly, per your plan).
  5. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date.

第3条（解約・カード情報の変更）

3. Cancellation & Payment Method Changes

  1. 利用者は、Stripe が提供するカスタマーポータルから、いつでも自身で解約・プラン変更・お支払い方法の変更を行うことができます。
  2. 解約した場合、次回以降の請求は発生しません。既に発生した請求期間分の本サービスは、期間満了まで引き続き利用できます。
  1. You can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method at any time via the Stripe customer portal.
  2. Cancelling stops future charges. You retain access to Premium through the end of the period you already paid for.

第4条（アカウント・識別方法）

4. Account & Identification

  1. 本サービスは、お申込み時に入力されたメールアドレスにより利用者を識別します。
  2. 別端末へ移行する場合、または Snivex を再インストールした場合は、登録済みのメールアドレス宛に送付される6桁の確認コードを入力することで、本サービスの利用状態を復元できます。
  3. Free版の利用にはアカウント登録・ログインは一切不要です。
  1. Snivex Premium identifies you by the email address you provide at signup.
  2. To move to a new device, or after reinstalling Snivex, enter the 6-digit code sent to your registered email to restore your Premium status.
  3. Free does not require any account or sign-in.

第5条（返金方針）

5. Refund Policy

お支払いいただいた料金は、原則として返金いたしません。 ただし、次のいずれかに該当する場合は、個別に返金対応をいたします。

  1. 法令上、返金が必要と認められる場合
  2. 二重に請求が行われた場合
  3. Snivex側の重大な不具合により、Premium の機能が実質的にご利用いただけなかった場合
  4. その他、明らかに返金が妥当と運営者が判断した場合

上記に該当しない場合の無条件の返金制度は設けておりません。なお、日本国外の お客様のご購入は Link（Stripe）が販売者となるため、返金についても上記より Link の方針（購入から60日以内であれば Link が返金する場合がある）が 優先されうる点にご留意ください。

Fees you have paid are, in principle, non-refundable. However, we will consider a refund on an individual basis in any of the following cases:

  1. Where a refund is required by law
  2. Where you were charged more than once for the same period (duplicate charge)
  3. Where a serious defect on Snivex's side meant Premium features were effectively unusable
  4. Any other case we determine a refund is clearly warranted

We do not offer unconditional refunds outside the cases above. Purchases made outside Japan are sold by Link (operated by Stripe); in that case, refunds may instead follow Link's own policy (Link may refund within 60 days of purchase), which can take precedence over the policy above.

第6条（禁止事項）

6. Prohibited Uses

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、不正な改変
  2. 他者になりすましての本サービスの利用
  3. 法令または公序良俗に反する目的での利用
  4. その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

You must not:

  1. Reverse-engineer or improperly modify Snivex
  2. Use the service while impersonating another person
  3. Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  4. Engage in any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate

第7条（免責事項）

7. Disclaimer

  1. 運営者は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを保証するものではありません。
  2. 運営者は、本サービスに起因して利用者に生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
  1. We do not warrant that Snivex will be free of defects.
  2. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of Snivex.

第8条（規約の変更）

8. Changes to These Terms

運営者は、必要と判断した場合、利用者への事前の通知をもって本規約を変更できる ものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page, with notice to users where required.

第9条（販売者）

9. Seller of Record

  1. 日本国内にお住まいの利用者に対する本サービスの販売者は、運営者です（運営者が直接販売します。Chrome ウェブストア（Google）は販売者ではありません）。運営者の氏名（名称）・住所・電話番号は、特定商取引法に基づく表記に記載の方法により、ご請求があれば遅滞なく開示いたします。
  2. 日本国外にお住まいの利用者に対する本サービスの販売については、Stripe が運営する Link が販売者（Merchant of Record）となります。この場合、購入時の表示・カード明細・領収書・請求の通知メールは Link 名義で行われることがあります。税金の取り扱い、返金、および身に覚えのない請求についてのお問い合わせは、Link の規約およびサポート窓口（link.com）に従うものとします。
  1. For customers located in Japan, the operator is the seller and sells to you directly; the Chrome Web Store (Google) is not the seller. The operator's name, address and phone number are disclosed promptly on request, as described in the Legal Notice (Japan).
  2. For customers located outside Japan, purchases are sold by Link (operated by Stripe), which acts as the Merchant of Record. In this case, the checkout, your card statement, your receipts, and your billing notices may appear under the Link name. Tax handling, refunds, and disputed-charge inquiries are governed by Link's own terms and handled through Link's support (link.com).

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が 生じた場合の裁判管轄は、法令の定めに従います。本規約は、特定の裁判所を 専属的合意管轄裁判所として定めるものではありません。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Jurisdiction over any dispute is determined in accordance with applicable law; these Terms do not designate any court as an exclusive forum.

第12条（開発支援 / Tip）

12. Support (Tip)

  1. 開発支援（Tip）は、利用者が任意に行う1回払いの支援であり、 本サービスの機能・特典・サポートの提供を対価とするものではありません。
  2. 支援を行った場合でも、Premium の利用権は付与されません。 また、支援の有無によって本サービスの利用条件が変わることはありません。
  3. 継続課金ではなく、自動更新もありません。
  4. 支援金は原則として返金いたしません。 ただし、二重に請求が行われた場合、法令上返金が必要と認められる場合、 その他明らかに返金が妥当と運営者が判断した場合は、個別に対応いたします。
  5. 支援に関する表記は、特定商取引法に基づく表記の 「開発支援（Tip）について」の項にも記載しています。
  1. Support (Tip) is an optional one-time payment and is not consideration for any feature, benefit or support.
  2. Supporting does not grant Premium, and it does not change the terms on which you may use Snivex.
  3. It is not recurring and does not auto-renew.
  4. Support payments are in principle non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, where a refund is required by law, or any other case we determine a refund is clearly warranted.

Chrome Web Store の "Accepting Payment" ポリシーへの準拠

Compliance with the Chrome Web Store "Accepting Payment" Policy

Chrome Web Store のポリシーは、有料機能を提供する拡張機能に対して、利用者が 支払い条件を購入前に明確に理解できることを求めています。Snivex Premium は 次の対応によりこの要旨に沿うことを意図しています。

  1. 価格・課金タイミングの事前明示（/premium の CTA 直下・料金セクション）
  2. 税込表示の徹底
  3. 解約方法の明示（販売ページ・完了ページ・利用規約の3か所）
  4. 法的表記への導線（/legal/tokushoho・/legal/terms）
  5. Free と Premium の境界の明示
  6. カード情報の非保持

Chrome Web Store policy requires that users clearly understand payment terms before purchase for extensions offering paid features. Snivex Premium intends to meet this through:

  1. Upfront disclosure of price and billing timing (on /premium, under the CTA and in the pricing section)
  2. Consistently showing tax-included prices
  3. Clear cancellation instructions (on the sales page, success page, and Terms)
  4. Links to legal disclosures (/legal/tokushoho, /legal/terms)
  5. Clear boundary between Free and Premium features
  6. Not storing card details on our own servers
